My pups seem to have really enjoyed what we’ve received so far! I found the items interesting too, and there were a few things included that I hadn’t heard of or tried before, which was really nice. I’m excited to see what arrives in next month’s box. If I had to mention one thing I’d change, I think I would have liked a little more in the box for the price, or slightly more of some of the items that were included. For example, one of the packets of treats only had four small treats in it, so with two pups it didn’t go very far. Other than that, we’ve really enjoyed trying everything out so far!

We also really appreciate your feedback about the quantity of some of the items. Each Good Dog Box is curated with one pup in mind, so we completely understand that some of the smaller treats may not go quite as far when they are being shared between two pups. We also try to include as many different products and experiences as possible in each box, which sometimes means including smaller sizes or samples so that we can make room for a wider variety of goodies rather than only a few larger items. That said, your feedback is really helpful and something we will definitely keep in mind as we continue curating future boxes. Just for a little context on the value, you paid R568.22 for your Medium box, while the products included have a combined retail value of R636.50 if purchased individually. We always aim to make sure the value inside exceeds what you pay, while still giving your pup lots of different things to discover and try.
