Refund policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that edible items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@ginnabelles.co.za. We will promptly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.
Shipping Returns
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or simply not quite right, we’ll arrange a courier to collect the item(s) directly from the original delivery address at no cost to you. Please ensure the parcel is securely packaged and in its original packaging for a smooth return journey.
