Simparica Trio Flea, Tick & Worm Chews for Dogs

Sarolaner — targets fleas and ticks.

Moxidectin — provides heartworm prevention and contributes to internal worm control.

Pyrantel — treats common intestinal worms including roundworm and hookworm.

Together, these three active ingredients provide Simparica Trio's triple-action flea, tick and worm protection for dogs.

Important: Simparica Trio contains sarolaner, which belongs to the isoxazoline class. Neurological adverse reactions including tremors, loss of coordination and seizures have been associated with this class, including in dogs without a previous history of neurological disorders. Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures and consult your veterinarian if you are unsure whether Simparica Trio is appropriate for your dog.

Simparica Trio provides broad internal and external worm, flea and tick coverage, but it does not directly treat tapeworm with praziquantel. A separate tapeworm treatment may therefore still be required as part of your dog's deworming routine.

Simparica Trio is particularly useful for pet parents looking to combine several parts of their dog's routine into one monthly flea, tick and deworming chew.

The safe use of Simparica Trio has not been evaluated in breeding, pregnant or lactating dogs. Consult your veterinarian before use in these dogs.

Give one Simparica Trio chew orally once a month, using the appropriate tablet for your dog's current body weight.

1.25–2.5 kg: Puppy
2.6–5 kg: Extra Small
5.1–10 kg: Small
10.1–20 kg: Medium
20.1–40 kg: Large
40.1–60 kg: Extra Large

For dogs weighing more than 60 kg, use the appropriate combination of chews according to body weight.

Simparica Trio is a liver-flavoured chew that can be offered directly as a treat. If your dog does not take it voluntarily, it can be given with a small amount of food or placed directly into the mouth. It can be administered with or without food.

Give once monthly.

For heartworm prevention, maintaining the recommended monthly schedule is particularly important.
