How it works

1. Choose your portrait size.
2. Place your order. You will receive an email from us thanking you for your order, so simply reply to it with a clear photograph of your pet.
3. Mills carefully hand draws your pet using coloured pencils, capturing their unique features and personality.
4. Your finished portrait is personally signed by Mills and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
5. Your portrait is carefully packaged and delivered to you.

Photo tips

• Choose a clear, high-resolution photograph with plenty of natural light.
• Make sure your pet's face and eyes are in focus.
• Avoid blurry photographs, heavy filters or harsh shadows.
• Photographs taken at your pet's eye level work beautifully.
• Choose a photograph that captures the expression and personality you love most.

Each portrait is made to order especially for you, so please allow approximately 2 weeks from when we receive your photograph for your portrait to be ready.
