Bravecto Chew Tick & Flea Treatment

Active Ingredient: Fluralaner

Each chew provides fluralaner equivalent to 25–56 mg/kg body weight, with the tablet strength determined by your dog's weight range.

Important: Use only as directed. Mild and temporary gastrointestinal reactions such as vomiting, diarrhoea, reduced appetite and drooling were observed in 1.6% of dogs in clinical trials. Convulsions and lethargy have been reported very rarely in post-market reports. Consult your veterinarian if you are unsure whether Bravecto is appropriate for your dog.

Bravecto may also be used as part of a treatment strategy for flea allergy dermatitis (FAD).

Bravecto does not deworm your dog. While controlling fleas can reduce the likelihood of flea-transmitted Dipylidium caninum tapeworm infection, a suitable dewormer is still required for worm treatment.

Give Bravecto orally at or around the time of feeding for maximum effectiveness. The chew can be offered directly by hand or mixed with your dog's food.

Choose the correct chew according to your dog's current body weight:
2–4.5 kg: 112.5 mg
>4.5–10 kg: 250 mg
>10–20 kg: 500 mg
>20–40 kg: 1,000 mg
>40–56 kg: 1,400 mg

The chew should be given whole and should not be broken or divided. Dogs weighing more than 56 kg should receive the appropriate combination of two tablets according to the manufacturer's dosing instructions.

Give once every 12 weeks for optimal flea and tick control.

Bravecto can be administered throughout the year to maintain continuous protection.
